As a Skills & Development Adviser, you will work within the local community to support unemployed adults and young people by making them aware of the career and training opportunities available to them. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your own caseloads effectively. This will be a very rewarding role for someone who is target driven and loves being able to make a real difference in the community!

Duties will include:
- Working with service users on a 1:1 basis
- Giving career advice, helping to sign post and source supporting information
- Delivering personal development and career management coourses to groups
- Working towards targets and success measures
- Accuratly documenting sessions notes and maintaining records
Skills & Experience:
- Self-motivated with the ability work independently
- Experience of working with adults or young people is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Strong administration skills with a good attention to detail
- Driven and target orientated
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Successful candidates will have to undergo an enhanced DBS check
