- Working in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Organised, hard-working and able to multi-task
- Qualification in Catering of Food Safety would be desirable
- Experience of having worked in a kitchen environment
- Good knowledge of breakfasts, grilled food, salads and sandwiches
