As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary objective is to ensure all assignments are delivered on time and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the preparation of network plans, including budgets and programs of work
  • Liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers and third parties
  • Ordering supplies of materials within budget and ensuring availability
  • Problem solving, troubleshooting and being able to suggest alternative solutions
  • Working within company policies and procedures at all times, including H&S and Planning and Building regulations
Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years managerial experience within the Construction, Civil Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing and mathematical skills
  • HND or equivalent in an Engineering subject
  • The ability to people manage and adapt to situations calmly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A confident decision maker with the ability to handle responsibility
