Digital Marketing Lead

We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join a well established company based in Carlisle. This is an exciting opertunity to lead digital marketing from within the business.

The ideal canidate will have previous experience within a similair role, be able to demonstrate digital marketing work previsouly undertaken and or completed.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate an experience in http, ftp, smtp TCP/IP suite and other internet protocols (all or some)
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence
  • Create and optimise content to drive traffic
  • Design and create the website pages
  • Demonstrate an experience with PPC Platforms such as AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Exchange, LinkedIn Ads (all or some).
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Keep up-to-date with legal issues regard web publishing.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in CMS management
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
